Three days of STEAM (Science,
Technology, Engineering, Arts and
Mathematics) fun encouraged families
to “reach for the red planet” through the
science and technology fields at the Mars
New Year Celebration in Downtown Mars.
Marking Mars’ 34th year, the event
featured entertainment and exhibits,
including live interviews and hands on
activities with NASA staff, the Carnegie
Science Center, the University of Pittsburgh
Mobile Lab and much, much more.
