The Waimate club doesn’t want to put off prospective
members by grasping stubbornly to outdated
traditions, and seem to get a bit of a thrill out of social
experimentation, and seeing what floats boats.
There’s no formal dress code, and, they’ve ditched
pressure around attendance; members are encouraged
to prioritise family and work,
