he players on the boys’ tennis team didn’t let their
young chronological age stand in their way of
winning the program’s second WPIAL Class AAA
gold medal in two years. The team defeated Peters
Township, 4-1, in some grueling championship matches
that ended up as revenge for the Foxes after they lost to the
Indians in a non-section match at the end of the season.
