accomplishments on their college
résumés,” says Coach Moul, who
also heads up the cross country and
outdoor track teams. “Plus, I think
many of them have had good success
and experiences outdoors in either
cross country or track and want to
continue training. Of course that’s
something we, as coaches, encourage,
especially for distance runners because
their program is designed for them to
go from one season to the next, and
then peak in mid-May for the WPIAL
championships.”
