Learn the benefits of backyard composting , including the overall process , methods for setting up a compost pile , proper maintenance and ways to use finished compost . Course fee includes 90 minutes of instruction plus a FreeGarden EARTH compost bin , which features an 82-gallon capacity ideal for both urban and suburban settings . Cost : $ 70 per person ($ 75 per couple ) and includes one composting bin . Pre-registration is required .

LIBRARY CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL TREMENDOUS SUCCESS
The annual Christmas Tree Festival organized by the Friends of the Bridgeville Public Library was held for the first time in the actual library , cementing a place in its rightful home .
The location change didn ’ t prevent people from coming to a jam-packed opening night to enjoy the light-up celebration . Attendees were able to vote on their favorite trees and enter to win prizes in the Chinese auction . Trees were created by volunteers and local businesses and organizations .
