MARCHING BAND PERFORMS AT HEINZ FIELD FOR STEELERS/RAVENS GAME T he Bethel Park High School Black Hawk Marching Band accepted an invitation from the Pittsburgh Steelers to perform at the Sunday, December 10 Pittsburgh Steelers/ Baltimore Ravens game at Heinz Field! The band braved the extreme cold temperatures to not only perform on the field for the Pre-Game and for nine minutes during Halftime, but the Band also arrived extra early so they could perform on Art Rooney Avenue during the tailgating time! Many long-time season ticket holders made it a point to either speak with the students, Directors or Booster parents to let them know how much they enjoyed the band’s performances. The Band’s performance brought the Steelers some good luck, as the Steelers went on to defeat the Ravens on a last second field goal!
