On a scale of 1-10, how will you rate yourself when it comes to your awareness of waste disposal knowledge and measures
• Where do you receive this info?
• What’s the most memorable campaign / ad / communication you remember about waste disposal?
• How do you compare HK waste education / communication with places you have lived in before?
Show images of different bins and ask if they can recognize the differences.
Then ask them the following questions:
• Are you aware the bins have changed recently? Do you know how?
• Do you know the differences between yellow / orange / green bins?
• Do you know where your waste goes after you dispose it?
4.Waste Disposal Behaviour
• Under what situations will you use the street waste bins?
• Can be work / leisure / smoke / residential (if live in walk up buildings)
• Frequency / time of day / day of week
• Drill down into each situation to capture whole journey (action, painpoint, thinking, emotion)
