Alexis Constantinou died in November 2015 aged just seven months.
In the last few weeks of his life his family used Acorns in Birmingham.
During those weeks family and friends of the Constantinous from
around the world helped to raise more than £6,000 for Acorns,
with many of them taking part in the Acorns Lantern Walk in
October 2015.
