- Do you have children who are under the age of 18? If your children are under the age of 12 ( and not with you) where are they?

5. Do any extended family members live with you?

6. Do you or your partner intend to bring your parents to Canada if your application is successful?

7. If you are not planning to move your parents or your partners parents to Canada, who will care for your parents?

8. What is your current marital status?

9. Have you or your partner ever been previously married? If so, do you have any children and are they included in your application?

10. How would you rate your English language skills?

11. Have you or your partner ever been in any type of trouble with the law?

12. Do you or your partner have a criminal record?

13. What would you do if your application for immigration is rejected?

14. Do either of you have any family members in Canada?
