The employees are invited as winners , but the amount of their awards are not known until announced at the dinner . Everyone enjoys seeing our theatre personnel accept their awards , an event made all the more meaningful by having our industry leaders in the audience .
On Wednesday , May 10 , we are excited to bring back our full-day studio showcase at a nearby theatre . Always a popular feature of our show , the studio showcase gives everyone a sneak peek at special advanced film footage for upcoming releases while they walk away with those ever valuable movie tchotchkes .
For those arriving a day early , Mid-Atlantic NATO encourages attendees to participate in a Golf Tournament hosted by Variety the Children ’ s Charity of the National Capital Region . Timed to coincide with the Mid-Atlantic NATO show , the Variety Golf Tournament will have a shotgun start at 1:00 PM on Monday , May 8 at the beautiful Mount Vernon Country Club .
