Last weekend we had a very elderly woman come in with AMS for a CT. Her IV wasn't going to work for the scan and needed a new one. The woman was shaken and nervous about the entire experience. Bill jumped right in to comfort her and held her hand the entire time to help distract her from getting the new IV.
In the end it was a diamond study because of the excellent PT care demonstrated by Bill and nurse Cindy Simpson!

My positive experiences are watching Bill in action taking care of a patient in the room. Bill is extremely effective in communicating "Caring" he connects with the patient in such a personnel way. Bill is able to warm the patient's heart by his openness and its genuineness.
