The Customer Service team selects... Lead Patient Service Coordinators, Tiffaney Kells & Tyree Wright.
Tiffaney and Tyree represented the Customer Service team well with their recent Quality Improvement presentation (Improving registration workflow by understanding and utilizing the Department Appointment Report (DAR).
They have been instrumental in setting up the DAR and providing training for their team over the past few months. They are reliable and dependable team leads and we are lucky to have them.

Cindy, without question, is one of the most contentious individuals I have ever met. She is constantly and consistently aware of the potential challenges that exist in our daily operations. Cindy is very attentive to details and a staunch proponent of patient centered care! Cindy is always one of the first step up and take on tasks no matter the difficulty and amount of work involved.
Consistently reliable, she has become a go-to person for a number of folks in our section. She is fantastic reporter of issues and details that might derail any project or task.
