Of the hours registered in this log it is required that at least 80% is paid coaching.
Paid coaching is all coaching for which you have received a fee or is part of your salary, whether directly by a client or as part of your employment by an organisation. Coaching that is paid for via a barter or service swapping system can count towards these hours providing this is evidenced as such in the coaching log and constitutes no more than 20% of the total of the paid coaching element.
Your coaching log should be submitted through the upload system in the IIC&M’s Members Area.
Please note, where you have not captured your coaching experience in a coaching log, please email the Accreditation Department with as much information as you can provide, for further guidance.
