No wonder why the Holy Bible says in Mathew 11:25 at that time Jesus said this prayer: "O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding these things from those who think themselves wise and clever, and for revealing them to the childlike. But my question is “Can Ignorance become an excuse to the rule of law?” Well, the people that colonised us says that ignorance is not an excuse to the rule of law and that is why you will see a policeman arresting people because of a certain crime committed but to say I do not follow must cost you something. While in God’s own eyes, it will be an excuse to an extent before judgment follows.
