When did it all begin?
As far back as I can remember I have
always had a love for the ocean and
angling, which was passed on to me
from my Dad. I have fond memories
from my childhood going away as
a family to St Lucia during school
holidays and fishing every day of our
holiday regardless of conditions. My
parents could see I had a passion
for angling and allowed me every
opportunity to do what I loved most.
Do you remember your first
catch & the feeling?
I do not remember my first catch but
to this day, the feeling remains the
same. Being able to enjoy nature is
the first prize, catching a fish is the
cherry on top. I fish because it makes
me happy, whether it be a 100kg shark
or a shad, I wouldn’t want to be doing
anything else at the time.
