Based in Otahuhu, Kaspa Transmissions
have been Capricorn Members for over 11
years after taking over from the previous
business owner who was a Member.
They love the convenience of their
Capricorn membership when it comes
to day-to-day operations and put their
reward points towards booking travel
and purchasing vouchers for their staff.
The team regularly attend the Gala Dinner
& Tradeshow as well as tradeshows in
their region.
When it comes to Capricorn services, they regularly use the website and love having access
to Preferred Suppliers.
With their business continuing to grow, they are currently refurbishing their workshop and
building. The team relish the challenges they face every day in the workshop and love meeting
people from all walks of life. Staying calm and positive is their business philosophy.

Based in East Tamaki, Mint Motors
has been in operation for three years.
Previously working in businesses who
were Capricorn Members, joining
Capricorn was a no brainer for the Mint
Motors team.
Being Members allows Mint Motors
access to Preferred Suppliers across the
country, enabling them to source parts
at the best prices, passing on savings to
their customers.
With the workshop continuing to grow,
they have hired additional staff and purchased new equipment through CAP-ezi finance. Their
success is based on communication, they communicate with customers early and often about
their repairs. Satisfaction comes from meeting new clients and exceeding their expectations.
Being Capricorn Members means they have the freedom to enjoy a beer at the end of the day
instead of doing paperwork.
