Capricorn Mutual awarded 5 star service rating
This month we are pleased to announce that Capricorn Mutual was independently nominated as a finalist in the 2017 Mansfield Awards which is an annual awards event presented by Insurance News and LMI Group , as a means to recognise claims excellence in the field of insurance .
The presentation evening was held in mid-July and whilst Capricorn Mutual did not win overall , it was a fantastic achievement to have received a nomination considering the competition which included some of the giants of the insurance industry including IAG , Chubb , Ansvar and Vero .
In addition to being nominated , Capricorn Mutual was recognised for achieving a 5 star claims service rating , the highest possible rating attainable through the LMI Claims Comparison .
The nomination is testament to the Capricorn Mutual Claims Team and their consistent efforts to go above and beyond for Members .
The team hope to reach the finals again next year and compete for the top prize .
