Is your team in constant need of assistance or does everyone get on with their work, asking for help or guidance only when necessary?

Question 2:

Are outcomes achieved with relative ease or is it always a difficult and painful process?

Question 3:

Are you on the defensive during conflict or do you accept the gaps in your knowledge and ability?

Consider these 3 questions and write down your immediate response to each. When you’ve finished re-read them with a critical eye. Are they based on positional power or individual strength?

Ask others for honest input, noting how often you react or justify your approach.
