The biggest challenge is, our future may be hindered by our past. I am extremely proud of our heritage, but also recognize the need
to make decisions that will enable us to remain around for a long time. No one likes change and some of our residents have been
associated with our campus their entire lives. They have an idea and opinion of what should be offered and this “new” way of thinking
may not coincide with their ideas. I have already encountered negativity from current residents and staff. Many feel this project is
not necessary. We are trying to be mindful of our current residents and their expectations whil
