The Remote Gambling Association
(RGA)
The Remote Gambling Association became
operational on August 1, 2005, as a result of
the merger between the Association of Remote
Gambling Operators (ARGO) and the Interactive
Gaming, Gambling and Betting Association
(IGGBA). The RGA represents the world’s largest
and most well known remote gambling companies
and provides the industry with a single voice on all
the issues of importance to regulators, legislators,
and key decision makers around the world.
The Social Gaming Association
The Social Gaming Association has been established
to protect and further the legal, regulatory and
commercial interests of the social gaming industry.
It provides a unifi ed set of socially responsible
standards for its members to adhere to and a unifi ed
voice to address the concerns of industry detractors
and pro-actively educate policy makers concerned
about social gaming.

Association (EGBA)
The EGBA is a not-for-profi t association set up
by seven of Europe’s leading online gaming
operators: PartyGaming, bwin Group, Unibet,
bet-at-home.com, The Carmen Media Group,
Expekt and Interwetten Gaming Ltd.

Responsible Gambling Trust
The Responsible Gambling Trust is committed to
minimising the level of problem gambling and
gambling-related harm in Britain through effective
education and prevention techniques, which stop
people getting into problems with their gambling,
and ensuring that those that do develop problems
receive fast and effective treatment and support.
As an independent national charity, the
Responsible Gambling Trust raises a minimum
of £5million each year from the gambling
industry operating in Britain within a voluntary
(donation based) system and commissions research,
education and treatment services as prioritised in
a national responsible gambling strategy endorsed
by the Gambling Commission.
