Sarah Shotland is the author of the novel JUNKETTE (White

ADDICTION, VIOLENCE & INCARCERATION (Trinity
University Press 2015). She is Co-Founder and Program
Coordinator of Words Without Walls, which brings creative
writing classes to jails, prisons and rehabilitation centers in
Pittsburgh, PA. She teaches in the MFA program at Chatham

Patty Somlo has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize three
