Tony Peyser lives in Altadena, California. He was a semifinalist in
2008 for the Wabash Prize. One of his poems will appear in later
this year in The Poet’s Quest for God, an anthology from Londonbased Eyewear Publishing.
Nichole Pientka is an undergraduate student currently attending
Bradley University as a double English, Creative Writing and
Psychology major. Upon graduation she plans on applying to MFA
programs and searching for jobs related to her fields of study. She
has been published multiple times in Bradley’s literary
journal Broadside. Her work has been awarded Finalist honors for
the 2014 Sipple Poetry Prize and honorable mention in 2014
Academy of American Poets Prize at Bradley University. She has
also performed her work as a featured poet in Peoria’s Java Talk
reading series. At Bradley she is the vice president and co-founder
of Writehouse Ink, which is a club dedicated to fostering a
community of writers.
Lu Pierro has been honored to work through the Dodge
Foundation for six years, perfecting her craft and meeting likeminded poets. She founded the Other Poets, a group of educators
who meet monthly to share their works. She is the recent recipient
of the Dorothy Laurence Scholarship which allowed her to study at
the Fine Arts Work Center, Provincetown, Mass.
Caroline Rothstein is a New York City-based writer, performer,
body empowerment advocate, and educator. She has been
performing spoken word poetry and facilitating workshops at
colleges, schools, and performance venues throughout the United
