Concert and exhibit at 720 Records
The activists offered a profound and analytical social critique, as did the discussion that followed the
hip-hop concert by Raudel Collazo and David D Omni. Yet it was also full of optimism, despite the
current reality in Cuba. This produced a rich exchange - lasting over an hour - between the artists
and audience members (Pittsburgh activists, artists, students, and university professors), with the delegation of invited Cubans weighing in with commentary and perspectives. Thanks to Nate, who offered us his space.
