The centre has faced numerous setbacks, with landlords being unwilling to rent to
WTLC due to superstition about the disabled, and persistent safety issues arising from
the centre users being unable to protect the premises or themselves. This has not held
back their continued delivery of training programmes, nor their sustained support to
the disabled.
