The entrepreneurs I supported and encountered on my travels demonstrated the success and potential of Ugandan entrepreneurialism . Nevertheless , institutional failings remain entrenched , which must be rectified if Uganda wants to maintain its position at the top of the global entrepreneurship leader board . Ultimately , Uganda ' s driver is macroeconomic weakness , which may prove unsustainable in the years to come .
