“We’re a new business,” explained co-owner
Dolores Shannon. “Kamiah is a small town and we took over a
store that was moving so now we’re making some changes. We
offer fresh organic produce, 100 percent natural products, bulk
foods, a smoothie, coffee, and a latte bar, green drinks, vitamins
and supplements, and much more; plus we deliver.”
Everything is natural and they stay away from hydrogenated
oils, high fructose corn syrup, and they use all-natural sweeteners, so everything they carry is fresh and without preservatives.
From the kitchen come soups, sandwiches, baked potatoes, salads, Philly cheesesteak, pastrami sandwiches, horseradish roast
beef, chicken and dumpling soup, and the menu will change
daily. “In the summer we will be farm-to-table so the farmers can
bring in and sell their fresh produce here. We’ll have homemade
ice cream with everything fresh and scratch made. Additionally,
we’re adding a children’s corner with a small TV so that they can
occupy themselves while their parents shop or have a sandwich.”
