Όσο κι αν ακούγονται όροι ρομαντικοί και ουτοπικοί , βρήκαν τον τέλειο εκφραστή τους στο ολοκαίνουριο The Saints Stores , το όραμα του εμπνευστή Νάσσου Ρούφου , που άνοιξε στα μέσα Οκτώβρη ένα βήμα από τον Λευκό Πύργο , στην πολυσύχναστη Παύλου Μελά ! Με μότο του « The Pure Way of Life », το The Saints Stores , που ξεχώρισε αμέσως για τον vegan προσανατολισμό του αλλά και τον eco-friendly χαρακτήρα του , είναι το πρώτο κομμάτι ενός παζλ που φιλοδοξεί με τη συμπλήρωσή του να προαγάγει έναν γενικότερο υγιεινό τρόπο ζωής ! Ένας πυρήνας γύρω από τον οποίο θα ξεδιπλώνονται κι άλλες δράσεις που αφορούν όχι μόνο τη διατροφή αλλά και την « υγεία » της ενέργειάς μας … Ξεκινώντας , λοιπόν , αυτό το ταξίδι από το φαγητό , κάνουμε μια στάση στο ολοκαίνουριο εστιατόριο The Saints Stores που ξεχωρίζει με το χειροποίητο design που επιμελήθηκαν ο Γιάννης και ο Δημήτρης Μητρουλάκης , με ξυλόγλυπτους κορμούς δέντρων που παραπέμπουν σε μια επίγεια Εδέμ … Στο κέντρο δεσπόζει ο self service μπουφές του , όπου καθημερινά θα ποζάρουν γύρω στις 20 εξαιρετικές vegan επιλογές , κρύα και ζεστά πιάτα , τις συνταγές των οποίων υπογράφει ο Νίκος Γαϊτάνος με μεγάλη εξειδίκευση στη vegan διατροφή . Ένα μενού που καταργεί το στερεότυπο ότι το υγιεινό φαγητό δεν μπορεί να επιφυλάσσει γευστικές εκπλήξεις ... Εδώ λοιπόν έχουμε την ευκαιρία , ανεξάρτητα από τις όποιες διατροφικές μας συνήθειες , να απολαύσουμε από νωρίς ένα δυναμωτικό energy boost πρωινό . It ’ s the first piece of a puzzle , which aims with its completion at promoting an all-encompassing healthy way of life ! A core around which other actions will express themselves as well , regarding nutrition and the “ health ” of our energy for example … So , starting this wonderful journey from the food , we stop at the brand new restaurant The Saints Stores that impresses with its handmade design , edited by Giannis and Dimitris Mitroulakis , with wooden , carved tree logs , which give the impression of heaven on earth … In the center , the self-service buffet provides on a daily basis about 20 exceptional vegan choices , cold and warm dishes , the recipes of which are signed by Nikos Gaitanos , who has a specialization in vegan diet . A menu that eliminates the stereotype that healthy food can not hold glamorous surprises ... It ’ s the ideal opportunity for anyone who wants to explore other nutritional habits apart from their own , enjoying an energy boost breakfast from early in the morning .
