principles of the farm-to-table philosophy of the nice n easy
Group restaurants, it creates delightful handmade dishes made
with biological raw materials, fresh, pure Greek products with
the least intervention possible, having as a goal to bring out
good healthy cuisine to the island’s visitors. The menu is signed
by executive chef Christos Athanasiadis and curated by chef de
cuisine Dimitris Paterakis.

φίας των εστιατορίων του Οµίλου nice n easy, δηµι-
ουργεί απολαυστικά, χειροποίητα πιάτα µε πρώτες ύλες
βιολογικής παραγωγής, φρέσκα, αγνά ελληνικά προϊ-
όντα µε την λιγότερη δυνατή παρέµβαση και στόχο να
αναδείξει στον επισκέπτη του νησιού την καλή υγιεινή
κουζίνα. Το µενού έχει την υπογραφή του executive
chef Χρήστου Αθανασιάδη και την επιµέλεια του chef
de cuisine Δηµήτρη Πατεράκη.
