Regional Support
In 2016, ICF introduced a new
regional staffing structure designed
to better serve and remain
connected to a growing global
coaching community.
Under the new staffing model,
we replaced our four Regional
Service Centres (RSCs) with a
global network of staff members
responsible for supporting ICF
Chapters and ensuring a consistently
positive experience for current
and prospective ICF Members and
