Education Business Development Series ICF Advance: Science of Coaching The ICF Business Development Series provided virtual education designed specifically to help coaches build, sustain and expand a successful practice. ICF Advance 2016: Science of Coaching was an intensive, interactive 2½-day educational experience that bridged the gap between coaching scholars and practitioners and delivered in-depth content covering the theories that underpin coaching. In July, we invited coaches to save the date for the first large- scale global ICF event since 2012. In August 2017, coaches from around the world will gather for ICF Converge 2017, a dynamic global event designed to strengthen connections within the coaching community and offer cutting-edge learning opportunities. In November, we announced an enhanced Communities of Practice (CP) program to provide ICF coaches with innovative and relevant learning opportunities across 10 topic areas.
