30 Years of the Indianapolis
Children’s Choir
The Indianapolis Children’s Choir was founded on the belief that
all children have the potential for incredible artistry. Over the past
30 years, the ICC has been recognized locally and throughout the
world for its impressive musical accomplishments.
But it’s easy to lose sight of the fact that the impressive musicality
of the singers is only the most visible part of the ICC’s impact.
The process of disciplined rehearsal and artistic study creates
a vehicle for the pursuit of excellence, and also affects personal
and social development. Students learn to believe in themselves,
to express a deep part of themselves, and to bring beauty to the
world around them.
