Junhai Hu
Junhai Hu is a math teacher and likes thinking about challenging problems. He
likes soccer, badminton, and ping-pong. During his spare time, he goes to the
park with his children and wife; sometimes they travel on holidays. In addition,
Junhai is interested in classical music and church architecture.
Michael Ryan
Michael Joseph Ryan was born in Galway in the west of Ireland. He attended
college at Nui Galway and San Francisco State University. When he is not
teaching the wonderful young ladies of the Class of 2020, Michael is walking his
dogs and spending time with his wife.
Ellen Jewett
Ellen Jewett is a Dominican Volunteer originally from Portland, ME. She
graduated from Yale University with a BA in French (Intensive) with a
concentration in 20th-century literature. At Yale, she was an active member
at the Catholic center, volunteering at the soup kitchen, participating in
alternative spring break trips, and leading evening prayer services. Ellen was a
music intern at the chapel, cantoring Masses and as a soloist in Adoration and
Taize prayer services. She was also captain of the archery team for three years,
competing at a national level. At ICA, she primarily works in Campus Ministry
and assists with ICA Singers, also chaperoning commutes for CWSP and
helping with the school’s lunch program.
