Mission Advancement ICA Update ENROLLMENT Over the last 7 years, our enrollment has increased at a steady rate. This is important for the viability of the school, but also it indicates that families and young ladies know about our ICA Cristo Rey community and want to be part of it. In 2008 we had just over 200 students enrolled, and next year we expect 360 young ladies for the 2016-17 school year! SIGNS THAT SHOW WE ARE MAKING OUR MISSION A REALITY COLLEGE ENROLLMENT ICA Cristo Rey is one of the three leading schools with 100% of our graduates going on to college. 80% go to four-year colleges and 20% go to two-year colleges. It is our mission to ensure college readiness and college completion. We celebrate that 96% of our graduates are either still enrolled or have completed their higher education degrees within six years of their ICA Cristo Rey graduation! ACT SCORES Our young women’s ACT scores place them in the top ten of student scores for all Cristo Rey schools! 06 Summer 2016 RETENTION We celebrate a retention rate of almost 80% from 9th-12th grade. This is a very significant element to our community’s success. Having a high retention rate allows for a cohesive and consistent school community which is so important to the formation of our young women. WORK STUDY PROGRAM STRENGTH ICA Cristo Rey is one of two schools with 100% job placement and in the top ten with a 91% job partner retention rate. It takes a lot to get the job and takes a lot to keep the job and this performance rating shows the quality preparation our students have prior to going to work and ongoing professional development which makes them a valuable member of their team at work. With growing enrollment, the need for jobs is always present. A strong work study program fulfills our mission and provides a once in a lifetime experience for our young women.
