Of course, change can be a painful
experience and even a struggle at times
through the transition. However, if you seek
to take your purpose and passion to the
next level, change is inevitable. As people,
we can allow our comfortability to stunt our
growth and stay stagnate, never reaching
our full potential. What I have learned is
that without action and the willingness to
move out of my comfort zone, my dreams
would have never become a reality.
Over the years of being in business and
publishing IBA Success Magazine, I have
made many changes, from my team to the
clients I choose to work with. If I have learned
nothing, it is real success requires change
and a steady dose of consistent effort. As the
owner of a National Brand Public Relations
Boutique, Jennifer Yon Agency, which
birthed IBA Success Magazine, a business
lifestyle advertising publication, I am proud to
say, I have a proven track record of mastering
change with visible proof of growth.
One of my favorite quotes by Martin
Luther King Jr., which continues to give me
strength in times of uncertainty, explains
exactly how I feel at times. “Change does
not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but
comes through continuous struggle”. Trust
me I have had my share of struggles!
This issue is special on many levels, and
not just because I am the edition’s “Cover
Girl”, but because it shares in-depth views,
services, missions, visions of success,
favorite quotes and experiences that have
afforded me the platform that I have used
to bless, empower, educate and advertise
nationally for over five years while servicing
the dreams of others for over 15 years!
