BEST MEMORIES
are those that include
food, family, friends and a
large portion of laugher.
I can recall sitting on my
grandmother’s
kitchen
floor with pancakes and
Uncle John’s sausage
listening intently to the
wisdom of her words. To
this day, those memories
give me joy. These days, I make every effort to continue
to create lasting memories with those I love from baking
cookies with my granddaughter, to Sunday dinners with
family and friends.

If you follow me on social media, you have no doubt seen
how much I enjoy seeing and experiencing the world
around me. If I’m not at the latest restaurant opening, I’m
strolling through art galleries or even hosting IBA Cover
Release mixers. For me, it’s all about being a part of, and
creating, lasting memories in places I visit again and again.

As the IBA editorial team assembled this issue, I couldn't
help but recollect on all of my favorite places. I figured it
would be a great idea to share some of my favorites in a
new section entitled "Best Of" on page 18. Featured there
are just a few gems that represent the best that life has to
offer.
