DRILLS
Drills have to be put into time frames so that players know when the drill is going
to end.
MID-RANGE SHOT
Today’s shooters are not proficient at shooting the mid range shot. Proper mechanics and establishing a strong base should be taught and developed.
SKILL SET TRAINING
Individual skill set workouts should be tailored to the players specific strengths and
weaknesses. No cookie cutter workouts as each player has certain skills.
PLAYER IQ DEVELOPMENT
I.Q. workouts should be done daily via videos, books, game situations -with traditional and non traditional scenarios.
HAND / EYE COORDINATION
Needs to be emphasized during all training sessions and drill work.
