Bisbee after driving through the
town on trips between Los Angeles and El Paso, Texas. (Disclosure: Stanhope is a personal
friend.) He stopped in once, was
charmed by the place, and eventually moved in with his partner
Amy “Bingo” Bingaman. “It’s really laid back here,” Bingaman says.
“Very live and let live.”
