In the past 2 years, we have won many notable
contracts including the M&E maintenance contracts on
a portfolio of buildings with Broadgate Estates, which
are: means we have a very detailed understanding of
compliance in these areas. If and when we do have to
work on ‘sites’ or complete project works, we ensure full
compliance with the requirements of the Construction
(Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015).

The Facilities Show brings together more than 11,000
visitors with over 300-suppliers and is the perfect place
for every Facilities Management (FM) professional to do
business.
As the FM market is where we do the majority of our
business, it makes perfect sense for us to be a part of
this show; to growing our brand and identifying new
opportunities.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & WELL-BEING
At Sowga, we take occupational health and safety
very seriously and as such, we have achieved and
maintain accreditation to OHSAS 18001.
Our Occupational Health and Safety Management
Certification provides us with a framework to identify,
control and decrease the risks associated with health
and safety within the workplace, sending a clear signal
to our stakeholders and clients that we view employee’s
health and safety as a priority within our organisation.
SITE SECURITY & FIRE SAFETY
We don’t generally work on ‘sites’ but rather fully
occupied commercial buildings, which of course have
very high security and fully compliant fire detection
and prevention systems in place. We do have our own
internal Fire & Security department which in turn,

Sowga is accredited to an exceptionally high standard
to meet all technical, professional and statutory
requirements by the following bodies and associations:
BESA, Refcom, Gas Safe, NICEIC, BAFE, ISO9001: 2015,
ISO14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.
THE FUTURE & BEYOND
We are currently planning an exciting growth
strategy for the business, within which our main
objective will be to further develop our people,
including adding new technical, professional and
management skills. This will enable us to grow our
market share of the FM M&E maintenance sector and
diversify into new areas of the FM market.
We are passionate about apprenticeships and
are planning on placing significant investment into
developing the engineers and managers of the future.
