COACH TRAINING
Tutkinto-ohjelma rakentaa ja päivittää osaamistasi toimia henkilöstöjohtamisen vaativissa tehtävissä. Ohjelma kestää noin vuoden ja
etenee kahden päivän lähijaksoissa (14 pv) ja monimuotoopiskeluna.
Tarkoitettu henkilöstöjohdolle, -päälliköille ja -asiantuntijoille sekä
PK-yritysten johdolle sekä henkilöstöasiantuntijoille. Ohjelmalle on
myönnetty Henkilöstöjohdon ryhmä - HENRY ry:n laatumerkki.

This programme has been developed to give a rigorous training in the
International Coach Federation’s (ICF) eleven core competencies.
This training is targeted to everyone who is interested in coaching,
previous training in coaching is not required.
The training language is English, some of the coaching sessions
may be done in Finnish as well. Next programme will start on the
