In fact, my favorite buyer qualifying questions is, “Do you see yourself
living here?” This simple question helps me establish whether the buyer
is interested in the home or not. If the buyer is not interested then price
is irrelevant. However, a buyer who has visualized themselves living in
the property has crossed the line from “looking” to “owning.” As the
agent, I now have something the buyer wants and things will usually
develop very quickly from here.
