producing results. I like to keep a “Pie Chart” to show my clients
what is working best. This helps me direct marketing resources for
maximum effect.
2. Establish your key points.
Working with your agent, identify the
three best features of your property. These may include position,
size, features such as a pool or garage, a new renovation, or a view.
Next, identify your key marketing feature and yell it from the rooftop!
(Do you recall when you purchased your property? What was it that
caught your attention? Chances are, the same thing will appeal to
your buyer).
