How to create the “buzz”
It’s satisfying to see how a well presented home generates enhanced
buyer interest.
• A home that photographs well produces much better marketing from
day one. You’ve created a great “look” which translates into more
buyer appeal right from the start. Whether viewed on a website,
newspaper or magazine, an interesting image says “come and look
me over...I may be just the place you’ve been searching for.” This
means more buyers and the potential for buyer competition.
• More buyer traffic through your open house is a good thing. It
creates a “buzz.” A buzz happens when interested buyers notice
other interested buyers. As an agent, I love this because it means
I’m doing my job of creating competition and my marketing strategy
is working. It places me in an excellent negotiating position because
I have something the buyer wants… their next home.
