plants near windows be cut back to let in more light? Could a
skylight be installed? Light is a seller’s best friend. Use as much
as you can.
3. Space is essential too! Can you minimise? Overcrowded rooms
and hallways make them look smaller. Buyers love big rooms.
Remember, less is more.
4. How is your street appeal? The way your property appears from
the street will greatly influence buyers. Is there anything that can
be done to enhance appearance?
5. A cluttered home can severely limit the quantity and quality of
buyers. Clear kitchens, bathrooms and laundries of excess “stuff.”
