I checked my number of visits after my home had been on the market
for 3 days. I was averaging over 75 visits a day when the average in my
area was 20. I knew I had a winner and my strategy was working really
well. This was essential if I wanted to have buyers competing to buy my
property. One buyer has nobody to compete with so there is no rush
to make an offer. On the other hand, two or more buyers resulting in
multiple offers are the dream of every seller. An above average number
of visits told me my price was okay and my images and descriptive copy
were doing their job.
