• Payments are due the 5th of each month. Any payments received after
the 10th of each month will be assessed a $25.00 late fee.
• Check your mailboxes and emails regularly for accounting reminders.

received at check-in will expire. All
residents must have their Fresno
State ID cards encoded as their
room keys.
Bring your Fresno State ID and
your temporary room key to the
Atrium Conference Room and staff
will encode your ID card as your
permanent room key.
