How to survive
thanksgiving dinner
Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for friends and
family. If you're a college student, here's a few things
you'll need to survive and make thanksgiving successful
Don’t think twice about wearing
sweatpants - sweatpants are a
necessity if you want to eat as
much as possible
Pretend to pay attention to those
random adult conversations to
prove your college education is
paying off
Locate the turkey ASAP.
Don’t say hi to your cousin.
Don’t talk about how
college is slowly draining
you. Find the turkey so you
can get the best part
Avoid sitting at the kids’ table. You
might not be old enough to have
your life together, but you’re old
enough to sit with the grown ups
Hide your favorite dessert,
if possible. If it’s everyone’s
favorite dessert, you’ll want to
keep some to snack on later
Have a great time! You
have a break from classes
and homework, so enjoy
your family and all the
great food that they are
making!
