Alternatively, a set lunch menu costs of RM178++ per person for a menu of Traditional Steamed Hairy Crab, Poached Vermicelli with Garoupa and Chilled Lime with Lemongrass Jelly. A set dinner menu is RM268++ per person and consists of a Hairy Crab Combination (Chilled Hairy Crab Salad with Avocado, Fried Hairy Crab and Scallop Almond and Spicy Ginger Sauce), Traditional Steamed Hairy Crab, Steamed Fois Gras Chawanmushi, Poached Vermicelli with Garoupa and Chilled Lime with Lemongrass Jelly.
