8. At work, what puts a smile on your
face?
When a guest share at tripadvisor that
he or she had a wonderful experience at
the resort, when guest send me or I read
e-mail to thank you on his/her wonderful
stay – that puts a big smile on my face.
9. What puts a frown on your face?
Opposite from above when a guest
expressed his/her disappointment of the
services of my team provided. When I
needed that person during the time of the
day and to found out that someone should
be at their work station but they are not, it
puts a frown on my face.
Turi Beach Resort will continue to create
greater public awareness on his business

I am a forward–looking person. I motivated all my team that it is all about attitude.
Having a good attitude is matter of choice.
I can choose to be a person with a positive
attitude or a person with a negative attitude. I always try to see positive things in
every situation.

I’m motivated to make this resort successful beyond profits the best in the island
and beyond. We will make this resort have
the best restaurants, the best housekeeping,
the best front desk service, the best revenue etc
I wake up every day and ask myself, “ What
i can contribute today? “ “How can we do
better today?” “How can I make myself
better?” “What’s next?” You can always
learn from your mistakes some say mistake is the best teacher to learn. That is
what makes me tick!
