deciding if they want to come to the open home, so make sure it looks its

Again, you need to look at the property with fresh buyers’ eyes to really ‘see’
what is there. Walk across the street and look at it as though for the first time.
What do you see? What would improve it? Is it a new lawn, fresh landscaping,
new exterior paint, landscaping, lights or something as simple as an updated,
modern front door and handle? Curb appeal is paramount when it comes to
getting buyers through the front door.
