We knew that getting the presentation on the packaging right would
increase sales by millions of dollars.
And I know that if it is true for selling soap packets then it is even truer for
selling real estate.
People’s perception of the value of a product is DIRECTLY affected by the
packaging! And of course, the higher the perceived value, the higher price
they will pay for it.
So when I see people paying little (or no!) attention to the way they are
presenting their properties for sale, I just can’t believe it – I KNOW they are
simply throwing their money down the toilet.
You must present YOUR home correctly if you don’t want to fall into the
same trap.
